i stayed in a standard room. it was clean and well-kept. the location proved super convenient as it was a short walk from the train station (about 5 minutes).
the cashless policy was somewhat inconvenient. as a contractor, i had to eat and drink outside the hotel. i noticed many other people complaining about this too.

the location is close to the train station it is also near a shopping mall. the staff members were very nice the room and the hotel were very clean. breakfast had plenty of options to choose from
i paid a large amount for my stay parking issues happened even though i gave my car registration. the hotel said they could not see my registration on their system. parking company refused the hotels request to cancel the tickets

I encountered a few issues . the coffee machine at breakfast was out of service one morning. This created a significant queue at the smaller machine. tables were not cleared promptly. I saw several piled high with dirty plates. chairs in the eating area were also badly stained and dirty.
